I run windows vista 32bit and whenever I try to start SAIO 3.0.3.36 it crashes... I am brand new what am I doing wrong?

I just discovered there was a bug for first-time installers that would cause issues. It should be fixed now, just download the latest installer and reinstall and all should be well.
