im tryin to mod my skyrim skill points but they never change. niether does my level if i try to change it... wht should i do????

The level should just give you enough XP to level up to the level you chose, I've never come across an issue with that. The skill points have notoriously been a problem since they're never in the same location. I've been trying to work on a new routine to fix that issue.
