Are there any instructions or video somewhere that explains how to use it? I have searched the forums and the web and haven't had any luck. I have changed the Mod levels. Make sure they match. turn 1's into 0's. and either I get an error when saving or the one time it did save when I went to load the save in game it spun for 10 mins.

I have even opened a modded file, tried to mimic it and I still get the same results.

also, after I get the 'save Error" the program quits responding and I get this....

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.
